We offer
automated solutions for industrial microbiology management.
For this
purpose, we have developed an industry-robust system based on flow cytometry,
which records the microbial load in an industrial environment within minutes
and hence enables "live monitoring".
The whole
process integrates the sample preparation, the sampling itself, the actual
measurement and a cleaning procedure and runs completely automated. The data
obtained in this way are processed automatically by our specifically developed
control algorithm using intelligent data systems, which provides as output the
respective optimal biocide mixture, which can also be dosed automatically as
final step of the loop. We are happy to
integrate additional sensors into our system.
